BRISTOL POLICE CHIEF Kevin Gibbs takes questions at Bristol’s teen center, The Hub, during a special “interrogate the chief” session last Thursday afternoon. Teens had plenty of questions about traffic violations and his experiences in law enforcement during the chief’s hour under the lights.
