Welcome spring with Boggle!
Mar 26th

On Tuesday, we saw the first buds coming up in our rain garden! Another thank you goes out to our volunteers from Hannaford Career Center and the Otter Creek Conservation District. They helped make the garden a reality during last fall’s Days of Caring event organized by United Way of Addison County. We’re excited to see what it will look like when it all starts to grow.
And this Wednesday was our first official Boggle Night at The Hub. Be sure to come out next Wednesday and get in on the fun. Just be warned… The competition can get intense!
New Tables at The Hub
Mar 22nd

Josh and Eric from A. Marcelino & Company
We just got new tables as a gift of Jed Davis from The Farmhouse Tap & Grill, being built where the old downtown McDonald’s stood. Peter Smekkel of Merkur Construction helped coordinate delivery for us with A. Marcelino & Company. Lewis Martin from Martin’s Hardware was gracious enough to give us the use of a forklift, with Phil driving. We’re excited to give the tables a paint job and make them even prettier! Thanks to everyone who was a part of this!
Surprise grant, so long to Moovies, and can drive success
Mar 19th
The Bristol Hub just got a great surprise – a $500 grant from the Vermont Community Foundation! The grant will go towards general support of The Hub and is “in recognition of our excellent work for Bristol and her youth.” A huge THANK YOU goes out to the Vermont Community Foundation and supporter John D. Moyers!
Another big THANK YOU goes out to Amanda and Moovies, who gave The Hub movie rentals every week forever. Don’t worry, The Hub will keep having movie nights, but we’ll sure miss you, Moovies!
Finally, remember that post about helping the Vermont Foodbank win a truck load of food? The official results are in, and Vermont came in #2 and will be getting that extra food! Great job to everyone that helped out. Check out http://wecanendthis.com/ for more info.

True Confessions
Mar 17th
For those of you who didn’t know, Monday was True Confessions Day. We invited everyone to write down any confessions – they could be silly or serious, as long as they were true.
One was “I <3 Dolphins!”
You can see another one in the picture on the left. There were more, but many of them were just too crazy/exciting to share here!
