Young Adult Voice Movement Conference

Heads up on the Young Adult Voice Movement Conference, organized by young adults for young adults. The conference will be in Bolton Valley on Friday, May 7th, 2010. Workshops will include topics such as the destigmatization of mental health, suicide prevention, young adult leadership, young adult empowerment, diversity and CLC. While the conference is mainly for young adults ages 16-22, they are also looking for adult volunteers to help out that day. Check out the video to find out more!

Open Mic Nights – First Thursday of every month!

Join us for Open Mic Night at The Bristol Hub. Live music, poetry, spoken word, comedy, story telling, rants, and everything in between! Equipment will be provided (or bring your own). Free and open to ALL AGES. Contact thehub@gmavt.net to reserve a time slot in advance. The first Thursday of every month, 5:30 to 7:30pm.
